This light doesn't work well with lutron dimmers. Nicer lutron dimmer when turning on and off slowly turn the light on and off over .75 seconds. This time cannot be adjusted on dimmer. Implication of this is that switching between two light function this light has becomes impossible. Have to resort to essentially kill switching and quickly turning it back on to switch.Light colors are I felt were accurate, full brightness operation was also good.Lower brightness though is a problem. Low-end of the dim on this light is not very dim. My 6 year old led that I replaced (only because I wanted different color temperature) actually dims to low when needed. This light only ever so slightly dim and then turn off.Best used off dimmer because of inability to dim to lower levels. Then this is great light.
