I keep two axolotls in a 20 gallon aquarium and two newts in another. I live on the second floor of my house, so the temperature here fluctuates quite a bit depending on the time of year, making it difficult to maintain the right temperature in both tanks. My axolotls are a comfortable temperature of around 64 degrees Fahrenheit and it has never let me down. For its size, cost, and performance, I would definitely recommend this cooler over fans or frozen water bottles.
