DON'T BUY SMALL! I read several reviews that said the collar just fell off their dogs and I just assumed they were using it incorrectly. Oh no. Last night after sunset on a busy street next to the beach in a busy parking lot this collar just came off MY 4 MONTH PUPPY! Luckily my husband saw this and popped up on the pup before realizing he was free. It could have ended tragically! We will send it back and get the carrier. Because the tines are so simple and easy to attach (large tines are very difficult to put on and take off), they cannot hold the dog. I was taught how to use them. I get Wednesday. And test it before trusting to use it to protect my dog.
