Review on Prysmato by Yousef Abood

I like that they have an easy user interface, it is very intuitive once one knows how things work in basic terms. There are tons of features. The most helpful ones for us at this point has been setting up alerts which can be setup so we get notification when certain conditions happen (i think there's different types). It seems some new updates or maybe just changes were not well received by customers as many complained about glitches while trying to use them. Not sure what was said but something must've changed because our previous version worked flawlessly. We need remote monitoring system with lots of functions available where all devices around plant can communicate via internet without needing physical access. So far no complaints. I like that we can monitor our main assets, such as wind turbines or solar panels without having to be there. It is easy for users who are not technical experts to learn how to use it, however this may change if they do not continue with Prysmato after set up. We have been able to see when equipment has failed so we know what needs attention before something breaks down. This means our engineers are always in full control of their time spent at site by being able to manage downtime effectively.
