Worth every penny Works well with self-adhesive caulk

Overpriced? Yes. Are they worth it? Definitive. These things just work every time. Between the outer seal and the inner pin, every tube I've used it in is saved. And by that I don't just mean that I managed to get the tubes working again. You seal them, store them for months, take them back and it looks like they've never been opened. The sealant begins to flow immediately and flows evenly. I'm not sure if that's intentional, but I have to believe it: they're perfectly balanced, so when you take them out and put them in, the yellow part gets heavier. as a needle (even with caulk applied to it) so the caulk you use doesn't get all over the surface you apply it to. It's a small thing, but as anyone who's accidentally made a mess knows, it's a big deal. I don't understand people who say they seal them and can't use them anymore. I don't have sealant in it either. Normally, if you relieve the pressure in your caulking gun before you use it, even a cartridge won't come out of the tube because it's been pushed out by the pin. These things are very clean. For me, there is no more discolored, half-cured grout from rusty, poorly sealed nails. I really wish these things were cheaper knowing they only cost pennies to make. But I think that's one of the joys of inventing something ingenious - you can take whatever price the market can carry. And he will obviously carry the prize. Despite being so expensive, these things pay for themselves after the first pipe or two you use them on.

Pros
  • Non-stick materials make cleaning easier
Cons
  • Creases easily
