Well done! This is a one piece. The rim is rigid but somewhat flexible. Valves are more flexible. I needed a split sleeve to cover existing wiring. After cutting with thick knives, it worked great. My application wasn't perfectly round and the raw edge was flexible enough to fit 1/8" of the round.
