Fits perfectly, easy to install
Lift Support Post for my 2006 Mini Cooper fits perfectly and works great. It only took me 5 minutes to install both. Four minutes for the first one as I understand it and one minute for the second including removing the old one. To remove the old fastener on both ends there is a U-shaped metal clip. Just take a small screwdriver and pry it up and it will come loose, then slide it off. The new one closes automatically when you put it on.
