Review on ๐Ÿ”ฆ ORCATORCH D550 Dive Light: 1000 Lumens Scuba Dive Torch with 3400mAh Battery and Accessories by Corey Krull

Little wonder for water sports

This is an amazing dive light; it is not only very convenient to use, but also extremely powerful. Last weekend I went diving at Jeannie Spring for my birthday and took two dive lights with me to make sure I wasn't having any issues or running out of battery but the upgraded version of the ORCATORCH D550 was more than enough for the trip. . The batteries last longer than expected, I used it all weekend (8 dives) and the battery is still charged. The D550 proved to be a very bright light, easily filling the entire ballroom at Ginnie Spring while still maintaining a sharp, narrow beam that allows you to point and show what you need. It's 1000 lumens but I think it's way brighter than any other 1000 lumen flashlight I've used before. I would also like to highlight the quality materials of the flashlight and the handy accessories that come with the kit. The light feels very sturdy and insulated from water, and the fact that the power button is on the back and can be operated with one hand is very convenient. Very practical storage spaces have emerged that allow you to carry everything safely and well together. It has space for a flashlight, a hand holder (very handy, so you just attach the flashlight to your hand and forget to hold it in your hands), two 3400 mAh batteries, a charger and an adjustable hand strap and strap ( I recommend using the strap each time you attach the flashlight to the hand mount for added security). I encourage everyone to use this dive light, it's very handy. I want to share some pictures of the light underwater so you can judge the purchase for yourself, but unfortunately my GoPro decided to die and was unable to take underwater pictures while diving. I will update my review with some pictures once I have a new camera for diving.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Good but not great
