Update**** I found that I had to download the SMART LIFE app (little blue house icon) and add these lights through the app. Alexa then found and added my lights. The guide doesn't explain which smart life app is great. You can change the color and brightness of added schedules. Actually a pretty cool app and easy to use. I have now given this product five stars. It's terrible that this product is already having such problems. I will contact support and update this crappy situation. UPDATED #3: THANK YOU ROBERT! They sent me a new box for my troubles plus some extra wires connecting the headlights together. They were very quick with their first reply. I received my new box within 2 days after Robert contacted me. Customer service for me is absolutely 5 star service. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism.
