Everything came on time with no problems. One thing I want to mention is that I didn't use the phasers that came with it because I don't think mine are bad and I don't want them to go bad. I have purchased several items from Amazon and never received an email from the seller, but so far I have received 2 from this seller just to see if everything is going smoothly and to make sure the parts are working well. As for the parts, I just installed them and will update as I go. The tensioners themselves are plastic, not metal. Everything seems to be of good quality and I don't feel like I'm coming cheap with it, especially compared to $800+ Ford parts.
