Finally got time to install it and so far it's working great. I've ridden just over 100km since I started using it. Parts looked and fit like original. I still don't understand why two O-rings or two gaskets are needed. I didn't film anything like that, so I wasn't worried about that. Hope to update this in a few thousand miles and say it's still great.

The price was good. I have chosen not to use the supplied phasers as the spring in them is less than half the width of Ford's. They will not be reliable and likely will not brake properly. The included chains, bottom sprocket and spacers were fine. Since my factory phasers still worked I installed the locks and will be installing them again.

Fits perfectly on my 2004 F150 5.4L 3v. I couldn't afford an $800+ Ford kit. After reading several successful reviews, I decided to give this inexpensive set a try. I've driven it a little over 300 km with no problems. I will let you know if/when something goes wrong. UPDATE I've ridden over 10,000 miles on this kit now and still no problems! still works great! UPDATE 3 Mileage is now around 25,000 miles and the second year of fitting this kit is approaching. It still works perfectly!

I installed this kit and a Meling Ford GT high psi oil pump, switched to 5W-30 about a year/30,000 miles ago and replaced all the spark plugs and coils and my 5.4 3V is purring like kitty. The kit I received looked exactly like the Ford parts I took off. Phaser springs weren't smaller than Fords or anything. IDK if people got a different kit than mine, but the parts I got work amazing. Everything came on time with no problems. One thing I want to mention is that I didn't use the phasers that came with it because I don't think mine are bad and I don't want them to go bad. After 5000 miles a timing chain tensioner failed and I also had to replace the crankshaft sprocket. The crankshaft sprocket that came with this kit is rubbish, I consider myself lucky that the tensioner failed, it gave me a chance to inspect the other parts that came with this kit. The crank timing looked worse than the factory which had 226,000 miles on it.
