**UPDATE** This kit ruined my engine, this cracked crankshaft sprocket caused my timing to fail resulting in piston heads hitting the valves . Now I have a truck that I'm still paying thousands of dollars for with an engine failure that just sits in the driveway collecting dust until I win the lottery. THANK YOU AUTOPARTS PRODIGY! Bought about a year ago. In the first month the phasers failed, but I just decided to deal with it. About 2 weeks ago I was driving and suddenly my truck lost power and was very sluggish. The loud rattle came from the steering cover, so I parked it. I bought a kit from Ford (expensive but worth it). I started digging for the cause and when I removed the valve covers I immediately saw that the timing chain had slipped. dug deeper and saw this. The crankshaft gear is almost completely rounded. Save time, buy an OEM kit.
