Replaced this weekend myself and the part fits great and the rattling bearing noise is gone. The Toyota is scratched but it's still an OEM part. Complete with gasket and seals that also need to be replaced. Don't go to a dealer to do this if you're mechanically inclined. I was able to replace it myself and saved about $600. I used this DIY on a Club Lexus: http://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-2nd-gen-2006-2013/725467-diy-how-to-replace-the-water-pump-on- the - is-250-a.html I also replaced the thermostat and coil while I was at it. When replacing the pump, they still have to be removed. Be sure to also order two gallons of Toyota Super Long Life coolant. You have to empty it.
