I needed to fix one of my bike wheels and ordered one of these so I wouldn't have to spend the whole evening tightening the spoke nipples. Works great, is expensive, and the tube it comes in (flashyly marked "nipple drive") alone is worth the childish jokes that follow. After that I was at a local hardware store and saw the $6 Speed. Screwdriver which was essentially the same except for a small pin in the middle to keep it centered on the nipple. I think a few minutes with a rotary tool or maybe soldering wire will allow you to make your own.
