Great for Trek Émonda 6SL
Used to internally mount the Shimano di2 battery in the seatpost of my 2015 model Trek Émonda SL6. This works perfectly and securely holds the battery with no rattling. Because the Émonda has a different seat post than normal, I was worried this wouldn't work but I was very pleased.
- Didn't need the washers, and spring clips provided by the Shimano seat post installation !
- The added weight of the battery and mount may affect the overall performance and speed of the bike, which may not be ideal for competitive cyclists
