Was looking for a cheap desktop webcam without a camera. This camera is perfect for my Zoom meetings. This camera has a fixed focus but I had no issues with the camera when used at a normal distance. The built-in microphone works well for this price range. Setting up the camera was an easy task as Windows installed the camera immediately without any action on my part. This camera uses USB 2.0 and therefore works with all modern computers. The camera came with a protective case that was easy to attach to the camera, but when the cover is open it covers either the LED indicator or the microphone, so read the manual so you know where the microphone is (mine was on the right side). I should also note that there is a 1/4" screw mount at the bottom. The only downside was that my indicator didn't light up when the camera was in use. So even with the protective case closed, the mic can still work, and I don't know as that indicator doesn't light up it could just be my camera.
