Let me start with the good news first. The chair is very comfortable and the top speakers are very clear and sound great. On the bad side, I got two of these chairs because the first one had a defective subwoofer speaker and all it did was buzz with no sound. So I got a replacement and it had the same subwoofer hum but this one would only work if you cranked the bass all the way up then you didn't hear the hum and could hear the audio but that's for a $200 chair unacceptable . . Even when the bass was up to snuff, you couldn't tell the speaker was working as there was no bass at all. doesn't matter, everything is fine. The chair also gets very hot if you sit in it for a long time and very cold if you don't sit in it for a while.
