Everything I've come to expect from Under Armour. The fleece lining warms without being heavy and stays close-fitting so you won't notice when you're active. This is compression gear that fits like a second skin; I suspect people who say it runs small aren't used to the compression mechanism. If you're looking for something that's snug but not a "second skin," Under Armor makes "tight" clothing that will likely fit you better than "compression" clothing. It is also designed for active use, so it works differently than a jacket. If you're not active in the cold, you should buy something looser that keeps a layer of warm air around you, not this item designed for active wear. If you use this for the right reasons, this is a great product to keep you warm in cold and windy conditions while running, exercising or any other activity.
