👕 Under Armour Men's ColdGear Armour Compression Crew: Ultimate Performance and Comfort Review

I love this model with the round neck over the stand-up collar. For some reason I'm very sensitive to the slight pressure that taunts put on my neck. Wore it in the rain for Thanksgiving 5k and felt super comfortable the whole time.

I always wear it under other shirts. They are very comfortable and I wish they had moved the UA to the side instead of under the collar. This makes them difficult to wear under other shirts unless the crude "UA" logo is visible.

Ideal for moderately cold weather (35-48 degrees), a fairly active day and as a base for colder days with little activity. It fits as expected and I feel the compression supports the muscles to help with fatigue. Under Armor is my favorite cold weather lingerie brand.

It was perfect for my daughter to wear under her soccer jersey! Helps a lot in cold weather. It's compression so it fits right. Tight is what you need when playing football. I got it small and it works great. She is 5'6", weighs 118 pounds and has an athletic build. I would say if you are buying for a man I would size up unless you want it to be super tight.

I'm just learning to incorporate base layers into my cycling. In hindsight, the 2.0 is the highest tier I would buy as the higher tiers don't justify the price. I bought 4.0 and don't see enough extra performance to justify the extra cost. I bought XL, I should have bought L. The fit should be snug against your skin to maximize performance.

Bought for my husband. He already had one so we knew the size was very small. He usually wears size M for t-shirts and sweatshirts, but in this case he wears size XL. This keeps him warm in Alaskan temperatures. Fits tight. No sweat. Very easy to clean. Even after many washes it is still in perfect shape. Will order more as this is the only brand that keeps it warm enough.

I am writing this after wearing this shirt for a long run yesterday in 35°F weather and the wind was blowing. I wore a t-shirt and was very happy with the performance. I felt comfortable and warm in it, and it withstood the biting wind. The compression level is great and keeps you snug (especially if you've lost a lot of weight and need it). It's not overly bulky and has no issues with knots or restriction of movement. I am very happy with the purchase.

Everything I've come to expect from Under Armour. The fleece lining warms without being heavy and stays close-fitting so you won't notice when you're active. This is compression gear that fits like a second skin; I suspect people who say it runs small aren't used to the compression mechanism. If you're looking for something that's snug but not a "second skin," Under Armor makes "tight" clothing that will likely fit you better than "compression" clothing.
