Well, let me tell you first. I used the blade setter before using it on myself so I can't tell you exactly how sharp it is right out of the box. Ha ha, baaad. But now he's damn sharp 🤣. On the top line (forehead line) I did not use the Slimline. I used my 2 year old Wahl trimmer (model 9686) for $20 that I got from Walmart (this trimmer is still a beast. (Even fresh out of the box with no blade installation) because I don't feel like it had that the thin line would do the trick I agree I've never been good at making a curved sideburn line near the beard BUT these trimmers maneuvered pretty well in that area so it's better than ever before! I've only been to the hairdresser 4 times so I'm used to fitting in. I only learned how to cut my hair through trial and error (in my younger years 🥴) I never looked at the lessons , but I have to start 😅 After studying the photo, I see that there are a few spots I can tweak and perfect, but I learned the hard way (in the distant, distant past) how to stop , uh because you are in front!
