We love our new Cuisinart ice cream maker. It was fun experimenting with flavors and using fresh, low-sugar ingredients for a healthier version. It produces a soft serve in about 25 minutes and we bought 1 liter freezer containers. I quickly wash my freezer and put it back in the freezer to be ready when we get the urge to make more. The only complaint I have is that it's quite noisy, but I suppose most ice machines are like that. I just use it during the day if the noise doesn't bother me, or put it in the laundry room and close the door!
