Beautiful all-in-one cook set. I like how the lids can work as filters, very handy. The set is really durable if you know how to clean it. We had small bits of burnt butter in the pan and it interfered with the non-stick surface. Greenpan customer service suggested using Magic Eraser to remove it and it worked great! Now the pan looks like new again and is no longer sticky. Update: We've had them for almost a year now and they've gone through a lot of cooking mistakes. They are still like new. They're not supposed to be using olive oil or sesame oil, but that's pretty much all we use. The pans heat up evenly and the eggs still slide off easily.
