not suitable for me for kitchen utensils and appliances

This was a big disappointment for me. It was unstable and didn't cut as easily as shown. In addition, when changing settings, you had to work with hard plastic parts near the blade and cutting yourself was almost a matter of course. I tried to use it about 3 times thinking it was just me. Maybe, but cutting myself every time wasn't what I intended to do. A grip that supposedly holds what you cut so you protect your hands was useless. I threw everything away.
