The ring on the back of the keys fell off on the second day of use. Luckily I was able to put it back in place but it has come loose a few times already. In addition, the ring sometimes gets stuck and wants to open. Then when I open it, it will not support mobile phone. For the most part the case seems to protect the phone but I bought this case because of the ring on the back and it was a terrible experience.
