I was very excited because the ring is cute and the length is comfortable. The moon tips are more pointed than expected, but that's not a big deal for me, although they can be uncomfortable when sleeping. The main issue I have with the decorations is that the stand itself is not plated. So the piercing hole itself is in contact with the silver part of the jewelry, which isn't usually a big deal, but the jewelry doesn't contain sterling silver or nickel! The description states that the product is hypoallergenic, contains no Nicol and does not contain surgical steel. That is not true. If you are severely allergic to nickel, do not buy them. I have one and within a year or two my ear became green, swollen and itchy. It started to blister and swelled so much I could barely get the ring off. Real sterling silver or surgical steel will not cause this reaction.
