It's real! My mechanic replaced a defective driver's door block on a 2001 Buick Lesabre. The unit replaced was original and 20 years old. I watched him install it and it fit just like the original. The cables were actually thicker than the original, the only very slight gripe was that the motor housing was plastic while the original was metal. The motor was slower than the OEM motor for the first few cycles, but after it loosened it was almost as fast as my other windows. Overall I liked the fit, quality and performance and I highly recommend it!
