Great software, even better Customer Service

I like that it's easy to use and they have all the necessary features for our business needs. The customer service is also quite good. There are some things that we'd like to see added in future releases but overall we're happy with the product. We've been able to automate many of our processes which has improved our efficiency and allowed us to focus on other more important tasks. I like how easy it was for me as an employee at my current job to learn this program. It's also very user-friendly. There are some things that could be improved upon but nothing majorly negative. The help desk feature is great because you don't have to send emails back and forth with your tech support team when you need something fixed. You're able to see everything right from within the platform itself so there isn't much to worry about if it comes down to anything in regards to downtime or problems.
