I like the bracelet well enough, but I was having a lot of trouble opening and closing until I realized the two sides were not lined up correctly. They were hitting each other not allowing the bracelet to close. So if your having trouble with yours check and make sure the sides aren't hitting each other. Their hard enough getting on and off without this frustration! They are made of stainless steel so as long as the coloring put over them hold out for awhile their a decent piece. I did get a bracelet last we and for a few dollars more I got another one like it and it opens and closes like a dream. It's not so darn heavy either. So to sum this up check your bracelet it may not be you. My Husband took players and was able to bend back in shape. So I kept it.
