I like that it can be used as both a student-friendly tool, but also allows me to enter my own data if needed. It has been helpful in organizing all of our research projects. The ability to search by project title or researcher is very convenient! Sometimes there are issues with formatting when importing files from other sources (e.g., excel). We have found that exporting directly into MS Word works best for us. Also sometimes we cannot find what we need within the program itself - so this helps to keep track of everything since we do not always know where things will end up after they get moved around. This software makes keeping track of our laboratory work much easier than using paper alone.
