
The ease of use while also being able to customize everything makes it so easy for me as an account manager. It takes some time but once you get used to how things work I think they are very intuitive. We have been using this tool since 2011 and has never given us issues or problems that required support from them (unless maybe there were bugs). They do offer customer service which is always helpful when something goes wrong. You can see what your customers are doing at all times in real-time without having to ask. This helps me keep up to date with my accounts managers in order to provide better services to each one of them individually. The user-friendly interface is easy for anyone to use. I like that it's intuitive and simple to navigate. It's hard to find all of the information you need from one place but this is easily fixed by just looking around. I would like to see more features added to Biborg in the future. I highly recommend using Biborg. We are able to create custom websites and manage them through our dashboard. This is very helpful when trying to keep track of everything we have done.
