Nothing beats missing details when you have a project deadline.

The hands are fine but the washer needed to separate the second hand from the other hands was missing from the packaging meaning the watch no longer keeps the time and I had to get this Build thing in such a hurry that I could deliver it. I have already used the product - I had no choice due to the deadline - so I cannot return it. Buyers be careful. Update: To add to my disappointment, I now have an angry customer whose watch arrived with broken hands and no tension in the movement. If I could give 0 stars I would.
