Easy to use heating pack

Was looking for a moist heating pad and this is so easy to use. One and a half minutes in the microwave and it lasts a good 30 minutes of warmth. It’s sturdy and well sewn. There is a pocket for your hands or feet if you wish. My only complaint is it is stuffed fairly full so it can’t be folded or bent around any joints easily. It’s basically for backs necks shoulders and in tops of a knee. It would not wrap around a wrist or an ankle.

Cannot be folded or manipulated to target specific pain areas
