Perfectly Good: Coffee Makers

Yes, it's cheap, and I mean it literally and figuratively, if that makes any sense at all. Yes, you have to be very careful with the button on the lid, the slightest effort can tear it to pieces. Yes, the included mug is very flimsy and almost burns your hands with hot liquid, and while the conical bottom looks nice, it's a great way to get into a hot accident. Yes, you have to turn it off manually, but honestly, when you leave and after a few minutes you hear it gurgling for more water, you turn it off. Yes, there is a slight plastic aftertaste, which means that after you take the time to run it ONCE with just water before brewing for the first time, it WILL STOP. Yes, you have to use your own ground coffee, but you don't need filters, and who wants to spend that much on K-cups? Yes, it's fairly easy to clean, and its simplicity can shine through. Yes, that's a hot cup of Joe, which is more than many pricier peers can say. Yes, it is VERY wallet-friendly and totally good! And finally, yes, she makes a GOOD CUP OF COFFEE! Unless many of those who have complained about this product have received counterfeits which I honestly can't identify one way or another given the quality, THIS machine is perfectly fine and if YOURS works and you still do complaining, you'd expect that too much, after all it's $15! FIFTEEN DOLLARS! Simply leave the cap open during use and to dry after cleaning to minimize button wear! Pour in more water than you would normally drink so nothing burns or creates a burnt taste and throw away the excess! Install an automatic timer on your outlet when auto shut-off is that important! This is a great product, could be a little better but for the price, I love it for what it is! It's good! :)
