Works well for VR sessions.
I have the high stool version and it has worked great in my 3D printing shop for years so I went with this brand. I bought it specifically for use in virtual reality gaming. With no back or arms, you can rotate freely without getting tangled in cables. The base has wide/flat armrests for each wheel, making them comfortable footrests. The cushion is thick enough for long gaming sessions. The height adjustment is good for me and my 9 year old. I don't like roller skates in general, but they're fine on the carpet. I plan to replace them with rollerblades. After 3 years the piston for the height adjustment on my other stool still looks like new so I hope this one will last a long time too.
