Everything is OK. Like others, I had to change it.
Easy installation. But I had to put some tape on the bottom of the tray to make it stick. It still looks like it could go up on one side. On my first ride with the tray built in, I placed my phone sideways in the small holder - when I stopped, my phone flew out of the tray, hitting the center console and landing on the floor. I think he did it to me twice. So I drilled some small holes in the plastic pieces, just behind the phone, and installed a small elastic cord that I can slide over the corner of the phone to hold it in place. Ever since I made that small change, it's been working great.
