CAREFUL! Shampoo and Conditioner

I loved the idea and promise of this product. I used the shampoo every day as directed and really liked it. My hair was bouncy and full. BUT after about 6 weeks I noticed my hair was falling out at an alarming rate. I kept doing the shampoo and tonic thinking it was a phase. nope! I switched to the shampoo I had in my closet and I knew it was safe. In fact, the hair stopped falling out after 2 days! But now the time has passed to claim and send back. My advice is don't try. Not worth the risk.
