They are a perfect match for the Xerox Workcentre 6515 and are significantly cheaper than Xerox units. it came out awful. The printer was still under warranty; So I called Xerox and asked for a technician. According to a third-party specialist, the toner in these cartridges doesn't clean itself like it does in original cartridges and clogs the two openings you put them in. This happened right after I used the first Toner Tap cartridges and started using the second set. I could understand if this happens after a few years of use, but these toners are of such poor quality that they clog my machine after the first one. Use of these cartridges will not void your warranty; However, this will void your warranty if a third-party cartridge fails and causes the device to malfunction. Guess what happened to my warranty? Guess who pays the repair bill? Toner Tap needs to explain their toner cleaning process and explain why two cartridges stuck my car together before I consider buying those cartridges again. It's just ridiculous.
