Very good product, terrible pump

I bought rose water shampoo and conditioner. The scent is pleasant, a bit old-fashioned, but fades after a while and stays pleasant until the end of the day. What I absolutely hate is the pump! The pump on the conditioner opened and works like a charm, but the pump on the shampoo bottle never opened properly. To get to my shampoo I have to unscrew the whole thing. Because it's such a large bottle, it's a real nuisance. Can't wait for the bottle to be empty.
