The Nation Faux Shepra Kids Jacket is nice and warm. The description says it's a sweatshirt but I would call it a jacket. With a 1 ¾ inch elastic band around the waist and a 2 inch elastic band around the wrist holes, the jacket seals well and keeps the cold out. The front part closes with a zipper. The zipper is secure and easy to use. This jacket has a well-attached hood - the hood has no drawstring. So there is no way to tighten the hood. There are two pockets just above the waist. The inside of the jacket is lined with fleece, including the sleeves. The pockets are also lined with fleece. The jacket is made of 60% polyester, 35% cotton and 5% elastane. this stretches the jacket slightly. The jacket should be washed in cold water and laid out to dry. There was no price listed for this jacket at the time of writing this review. I would rate this as a great jacket for mild to moderately cold weather.
