Bought this Jurassic World Attack Velociraptor kit for $8 about a month ago when the price dropped from teenage levels. I have a pretty strict rule of mine that I refuse to pay more than $10 for these tiny dinosaurs since 99% of them don't actually do anything. If the price goes up, just wait a few days and it will go down again. Anyway, I took it mainly because our son loves to scan them, but he's pretty dubious about Velociraptors that aren't Blue, Charlie, Delta, or Echo. Although he likes it. Cool colorway and I think he secretly likes the fact that it's not one of those four raptors (and the fact that every time they release a new version the colorway is inconsistent, so he definitely has favorites and not like that). favorites of those.). To be honest, it doesn't do much. He is not a hopping/jumping velociraptor and makes no noise. The arms and legs move and the jaw opens - but all by hand - no button to press, no tail to wiggle to make him "attack". Color, scan ability and low price are definitely the advantages of this device. Don't buy it for more than $10, but the purple scheme makes it a chic item in any collection.
