I had relatively low expectations of these sheets and had never owned a microfiber sheet. The print matches the description but what should have been a taupe appears almost sage green in some light. I immediately noticed that the print is only on one side of the flat sheet; the back is white with a see through view of the print on the other side - it looks ugly if the top edge gets creased when making the bed. I had a lot of trouble putting these sheets on the bed. They feel very tight for my queen size and don't have enough fabric to go under the edges of the mattress. The long sides of the mattress are revealed when the sheets are pulled out of the corners. According to the description, these sheets fit a mattress up to 16 inches high. That's a lie as I'm only 12 inches tall and the sheets barely fit. I wouldn't call it deep pockets - the sheets rolled off the bed on their own at night. The sheets are comfortable and soft to the touch, not fluffy, they are cozy and cool. However, they make a plastic sound when they move or when they lie down/get out of bed. The feeling is a bit artificial and definitely different from cotton. The packaging and labels do not state what microfiber they are made of, just 100% microfiber. There are also no references to denier or other quality measures. I think these sheets are basic and will fit a mattress with no topper or a relatively thin mattress. For most, I would advise saving your money.
