Porcelain bakeware is best. I had one that I had for about 15 years and it accidentally fell on the concrete and broke. This time I wanted to get a set so I could make dinner ahead of time. This set contains 3 pans. The large one is 13.1 inches long, 9.8 inches wide and 3 inches deep. The medium is 10.4 inches long, 8 inches wide and 2.4 inches deep. The small one is 7.5 inches long, 5.6 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The pans are covered in smooth glaze all over except the bottom, which is fine. They can be put in the oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator and even the dishwasher. I like to prepare food to freeze. I cook food, put it in the freezer, and then bake it when it's done. I leave leftovers in the pot and can reheat them in the microwave or reheat them in the oven without messing up other utensils. Although they can be washed in the dishwasher, they clean up quickly with soap and water. Nothing sticks. The grips are good because I have something to grab and not burn myself. Hope they don't fall off or break. π€£π€£π€£
