Well, two reasons for the return itself. The first and perhaps most important reason is that the rug was too big for the room. It just didn't fit where we wanted to put it. (This is not the fault of the carpet or the supplier). But even when shipped and/or stored, it was folded and the creases not only left fold lines on the carpet, but also had white lines on the print where it was folded. Carpet should be stored and transported rolled up, not folded. Also the quality of the carpet was a bit questionable, it didn't look really durable, the white lines on the folds certainly didn't add to the impression of durability.
