Very Strong
Installs on ceiling joist to hang swings and rocking toys. They are very strong and hold my 200+ pounds well. I pre-drilled holes in the wooden beam and then screwed them in until the arm was flush with the beam. The strands are thin enough that I could adjust each one about a quarter turn to make it look nice and tidy without pulling back from the bar. Overall I'm very happy with the durability, quality and looks.
