It's Not Old School

I guess I'm too used to real metal. You know the old school. I have nothing against silicone, but I'm concerned about what allows the plastic substance to withstand that kind of heat without getting into the food, and the whole thing is clumsy. I'm just not a big fan of them.

Pros
