What they don't tell you is that it makes your moonlight pretty much useless. I don't know if they work at all during the day, but they are completely turned off by a timer. Has the meaning. no I could get the same effect for $5 at my local department store. The instructions are cryptic - not exactly in English, but not very logical. It took me 2 tries to figure out how to make the device look like it's on and I'm still not sure if it's at max brightness but increasing + has no effect I able to see.
