Has pros: Well, vitamins are like vitamins, if you compare how they act in training, I don’t know, I didn’t go, I just noticed an improvement in terms of health a little. I will still take Got cons: Bought both for my wife and myself. Wife didn't come. Also, the smell is not very pleasant.
