After living with this thing for several months I have to get back to you. The speaker works well and has decent enough sound and power to give me an alternative to my weak laptop speakers. He does everything they say. Two extremely annoying things. To turn it on, you need to press the power button for about 5 seconds. comes up. Arch, seriously? I just can't get used to it and it's a very unfriendly power button. - This is the worst. The speakers themselves turn off after 15 minutes (I don't know, maybe half an hour, I won't measure). Even if I plug them into a constant power source they fall asleep if they don't get any sound long enough and as far as I know you can't turn that off. It's really annoying when you use it for PC laptop speakers because if you look away for a few minutes and the speakers turn off, your laptop will stop beeping to notify you of a new email or your call on your skype phone to inform ring and you will not hear it. Depending on what you want it for, these things might not make much of a difference. But for myself, I've berated these speakers several times a week and wish I'd bought something else.
