Not a permanent gift, but still well received.
Gift for 13 year olds. Was a huge success. Something about a pocket watch that you just can't get with a $600 disposable phone. The watch has held up flawlessly for the last 5 months, has been worn irregularly to school and often hung on a chain, it still tells the time. They all have plastic internals so they won't be a family heirloom, but they made a great gift for a teenager.
