I really like this rice cooker. I've tried many rice cookers and I really feel like this one will hold up a lot better than the ones I've tried before. The inner container seems to be more durable than others and the tools that come with it are of better quality than others. I ordered the 5 cup model and it's the perfect size for my family of 4. I think the only downside is that the condensate or excess steam has nowhere to go and is therefore at the top of the stove. Other models I had joined together to form a small cup at the back. It has no cup to draw water. I don't see this as a big problem as I just use a paper towel to soak up. I also like that this rice cooker is much easier to clean than the others as all parts of the lid can be easily removed for cleaning. All in all a great rice cooker for the money.
